Fat Loss Workout Plan Round 1

  1. High knees (lift to hands) x 30 seconds
  2. Walk out with 2 knee thrusts x 6
  3. Jumping Jacks x 30 seconds
  4. Freestyle swim (alternate arms) x 15
  5. Butterfly swim (both arms together) x 15
  6. Rows (bend at hips) x 15
  7. Straight Leg deadlifts x 15

Fat Loss Workout Plan Round 2

  1. Jumping jacks x 30 seconds
  2. High knees (lift to hands) x 30 seconds
  3. Freestyle swim x 15
  4. Butterfly x 15
  5. Row x 15
  6. Straight Leg Deadlifts x 15
  7. Deadlifts with Squat x 15
  8. Tricep Extensions (overhead) x 15

  1. Prisoner Lunges (hands behind head) x 30 seconds
  2. Walk out to high plank x Hold 10 seconds
  3. Low to high plank x 6
  4. Low plank (then walk hands back) x Hold 10 seconds

 Fat Loss Workout Plan Round 4

  1. High Knees x 30 seconds
  2. Alternate kicks x 30 seconds
  3. Jumping jacks x 30 seconds
  4. Prisoner Lunges (front lunges, hands behind head) x 30 seconds
  5. Static lunge hold (each leg twice) x Hold 20 seconds
  6. Walk out to high plank and knee thrust x 6 alternate knee thrusts to the chest
  7. High to Low planks (then walk hands back) x 6

  1. Jumping jacks x 30 seconds
  2. Sumo Squats (wide legs) x 15
  3. Static Sumo Hold (arms out to side) x Hold 20 seconds
  4. Static Sumo Hold (arms overhead) x Hold 20 seconds

  1. Happy Feet x 30 seconds
  2. Jump twists (hips left to right) x 30 seconds twist every 4
  3. Squats x 15
  4. Standing oblique crunches (opposite knee to elbow) x 30 seconds
  5. Side Crunches x 30 seconds
  6. Standing oblique crunches (opposite knee to elbow) x 30 seconds
  7. Side Crunches x 30 seconds

  1. Tricep pushups (on the floor) x 15
  2. Reverse Tabletop (hips high) x Hold 15 seconds
  3. Tricep pushups (on the floor) x 15
  4. Reverse Tabletop (hips high) x Hold 15 seconds
