Answer – This is what my 1-2-1 plans are designed for they are 100% designed to your needs. I myself broke my back and had to devise a plan to get me fit, IT WORKED! I have worked with people who have had brain surgery, stroke victims, people with back and knee problems, I also work with people who have mental health problems like depression. I am also a qualified sports therapist. I work mainly with mature people anyone from 35 and over so the risk of injury or medical issue is greater. There is always a plan that can help you.

Before sessions start we have an in-depth consultation to establish your goals and requirements so that a plan can then put together.

We also have a qualified mental health and occupational health nurse here so extra medical advice and assistance is available when required.
