Eat more protein rich, fibre rich food

“Half the people I deal with at the start aren’t losing weight because they don’t eat enough for the activity they are doing” I advise my clients “to eat up to five times a day, to stimulate their metabolism and to only eat within a 12 hour window to avoid overeating” including two snacks between three small nutritious meals.
