Of course, I am going to be biased when I say Body Transformation Coaches get better results because I am one, but I think you will agree, when you see my reasoning.

You might find that if you have been training with a personal trainer that you have already been doing some of these things I will mention. If you take these ideas and apply them with your transformation coach, you will see better results immediately, and with the realisation of gaining new training techniques and nutritional knowledge. It’s all about what is happening inside your head and how you deal with it.

1.      As a client, you buy a transformation package, rather than sessions – If the service is designed as a 12-week body transformation course, you as the client will be buying a transformed body in 12 weeks. If the service is for training sessions, then you are buying training sessions. The accountability for both is totally different. Being accountable to the transformation package means doing everything you need to do to achieve your successful transformation. Being accountable to sessions means turning up for sessions but maybe not doing everything else.

2.      When you chose a transformation package you take the whole package seriously, because it’s all part of what you have bought – When you are accountable to the transformation, the transformation coach will assist you to transform your body. This will involve your diet, your lifestyle, your mindset, as well as your exercise. Your transformation coach is, instead of just being an exercise pro, they are a transformation pro, and that means they are going to expect you to follow their advice in every area. We all know that you can’t train away a crappy diet and lifestyle, so this is certainly something that you will not get with a transformation coach.

3.      You will focus on your mindset, and the beliefs and behaviours which stop you from implementing the plan – I am sure that you have been in the situation where you have been shown or told what to do and you have not done it. Perhaps you have been lying to yourself and others about how much you implement. No amount of having more knowledge, nor being told off like a naughty school child, is going to make a difference and get you to do it. To overcome your self-sabotaging behaviours, you need to have a mental shift, to find and change the root thought patterns and habits that are causing you to sabotage your goals.

4.      You may pay a higher price for your transformation package but think of this– If your package is high-value, your coach can include anything you will need to achieve incredible results. Your coach is  not selling a training session, they are selling a transformation, and that will include anything necessary to achieve the outstanding results and turn your life around.

5.      As the client, you will be more committed to the transformation – Both because you perceive that you are buying a transformation, not sessions, and because you are investing in you at a higher level.

6.      Both you and your coach will be working to a defined result, in a defined time– The fixed-length package brings in a deadline and ensures that both you and your coach are accountable to it. you’re both working as hard as possible to make the transformation happen in the time-frame. It’s basic goal setting. Committing to achieving X results, in Y time, with no back out option by committing to a fixed length, higher-value package.

7.      Your coach is making you fall in love with fitness, building internal motivation & inspiration, instead of external motivation that makes you reliant on the coach – Inspiration is internal and it is stronger than motivation, your coach will work on helping you to fall in love with the process of fitness, so that you turn your life around and do it forever. You will love fitness. Nobody will have to coax you in to the gym again.

8.      Your transformation will be tied to your values, so you are keen to do it – The Body Transformation Coach will take the time to understand your unique values and marry the transformation in to them. Nobody will do something that is against their core values for very long. They will always revert back to their values eventually. If your coach understands your values, they will know how to marry fitness in to them, so that it is meaningful to you. This is how you build your inspiration.

9.      As a client, you have made a ‘final’ commitment – A higher-value, fixed length package which has a do it ‘now or never’ feature built in. Where training sessions can be dragged out, and fail to implement on the influences outside the gym, the Body Transformation package is a final commitment to get results. You have put significant money on the line, are accountable to the transformation and you will be provided with everything they needed, so there are no excuses.

10.  Simply by making that commitment, you have already achieved more than you have ever done before. You have never been ‘all in’ before, and that is why you have never succeeded.  If you commit at a higher level and go all in, you have made a huge mental shift and the game has then changed for you. This is totally different to all of the other times you have tried and failed.
