Nail Your Sugar Habit For Good

Further to my post yesterday regarding my friend who thought he was being healthy by drinking high sugar juices whilst losing weight……….

It appears that he listened to my advice for once and stopped with the juice and consuming the large amounts of sugar contained in them. He now tells me that in the last 2 days since quitting the juice he has lost 3lb. Excellent!

Another of my clients D who is on my 8 week nutrition coaching program has reported to me this morning that she has so far lost 7lbs and that includes a period when she went on holiday. I am so proud of what she has achieved.
