Women Make The Breakthrough

During my time as a body transformation coach, I’ve met a lot of high-achieving women, women who are changing the world. These women are climbing the corporate ladder, running successful businesses and making some noise. I’ve seen a lot of women achieve success in their fields and businesses but fail to focus on themselves.

Its right that the world has changed, women are no longer strapped to the house doing domestic chores. Women now have the option to become as self-sufficient as men. But for some this brings about some concerns.

Finding the Right Work-Life Balance For Busy Working Career Driven Women

Many women struggle with finding better ways to balance work and life and often this guilt comes from outside sources like pressure from husbands, family, and friends.

When I speak with my clients and women I meet at business meetings they are all telling me the same thing. Not having the right balance leads to

  • Lack of energy
  • Focus affecting their drive to finish their overwhelming to-do list for the day and the result is getting home way too late
  • Poor health, eating the wrong things at the wrong time resulting in weight gain, having low self esteem and comfort eating.

Apart from this the main thing they all say is “THINGS HAVE TO CHANGE!”

We all want to value ourselves and take charge. With just a little time and positive energy, we all can! No matter who you are or how busy your life is, turning your life around can be as easy as deciding that you’re going to get up from your chair and make a change right now. Don’t let people tell you can’t and more importantly don’t tell yourself you can’t because YOU CAN!

#1 Focus on a positive mind set The power of positive thinking is vital for success`. Positive thinking and attitude create happiness and success. Many top business professionals and also athletes use this way of thinking to get them to the top and keep themselves there.

Reference to a time when you did something that made you feel good, happy, strong. Re-live that moment and use those feelings to carry you forward.

#2 Take Charge Become Physically Active. The way you treat your body can have a dramatic and noticeable effect on the way you view yourself emotionally. Exercise has been proven time and time again to release endorphins in the brain which will help you feel inspirational. Regularly devoting some time to your fitness will help you feel more relaxed, confident, and with more energy.
