Effective Results

I’ve learned something interesting over the years when it comes to getting effective results and staying lean and fit…

One of the biggest reasons people don’t start a workout programme (even though they desperately want to lose the fat and tone up and have effective results) is because they are afraid they will not stick to it because it’s going to be too difficult.  Many have been here before and have found themselves on a roller coaster of losing the fat and then putting it all back on.   Nobody wants to feel like a failure or have to admit to themselves that they gave up, so instead they just don’t start in the first place.

Well that just sucks, I think we’ve all been there in some way or another (whether it’s fitness related or not).

In order for things to work and keep working, there has to be results, the process has to be simple and there has to be an element of enjoyment.  Remember this is something you want to achieve  for the rest of your life.

This is one of the biggest reasons I’m a huge believer in short, high-intensity workouts (using full-body exercises, none of those boring isolated exercises you see people doing at the gym). There has been a lot of research into HIIT workouts in recent years and the effective results prove that as humans we are designed for short burst activity to see huge gains in our over health and wellbeing.

HIIT workouts allows your body to recover quicker,  they are more time efficient, you are more likely to stick to it, there are many ways to carry out a HIIT session

One of my clients once said to me “I think one of the reasons why I disliked exercise was because it was so long and boring… and then I found out I can do less than 20 minutes a day with faster results”

It doesn’t matter how good an exercise program is, if it’s not something that’s easy to stick to, it’s not going to work for you.  Period.

My 5 week body transformation plan is super easy to stick to and get effective results.  If you put in the work you will get to maximise your calorie burn, so that you get results in half the time of other “traditional” workouts — and you will have fun while you’re doing it.

The time savings alone makes it much easier to stick to, but also the workouts and exercises are probably nothing like what you’re use to (they’re much more fun, yet challenging and effective at fat-burning and muscle toning).
